- Unless specified otherwise, all REFURBISHED equipment hardware sales (other than data tapes) are guaranteed not DOA, and come with a 90-Day Warranty.
- Unless specified otherwise, all NEW equipment hardware sales (other than data tapes) are guaranteed not DOA, and come with a 90-Day Warranty; or the Manufacturer’ s Warranty, whichever is longer.
- We provide all guarantees and warranties on all equipment and tape media which we sell. All returns must come back to us for the specified refund, credit, or replacement.
